At hm-outfitters.com, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- Standard Ground Shipping: Free on orders over $99. A flat rate of $7.95 is applied to orders under $99.
- 2-Day Shipping: A flat rate of $15.95.
- Next-Day Shipping: A flat rate of $35.95.
Please note: Expedited shipping options (2-Day and Next-Day) must be placed before 1 PM EST to be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the next business day.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. During high-volume periods, such as holidays or major sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations outside of the United States.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow its progress. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipping the order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
While we pack all items with care, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with any related issues and file a claim. We are happy to assist you in this process.
